Children's Ministry
JourneyKids offers numerous activities for children aged two through 5th grade. These activities include Sunday school small groups, children's worship services known as JourneyKids, and Awana. All activities are divided into their grade-level appropriate groups.
When dropping off your child for JourneyKids, please go to the main floor of the Cokesbury building for pre-school aged kids and Chapel Hall for K- 5th grade kids. For more informtion, please contact Chris Czarick at cczarick@snellvilleumc.org.
K-5th grade JourneyKids meet in Chapel Hall at 9:30 a.m. and go to Sunday school small groups until 10:30 a.m. At 11:00 a.m. the kids are escorted to the Sanctuary for the Pastor's moment and then to the Chapel for Kids worship.
On the first Sunday of every month the kids go to the Sanctuary
for communion at the end of the 11:00 a.m. service.

On Wednesday evenings, August through April, children ages Pre-K through 5th grade attend Awana. This is a great program that employs praise songs, scripture memorization, lesson application of scripture, and games.
Awana on Wednesdays runs from 6:30pm to 8:00pm
and meets in Chapel Hall.
Awana is a nondenominational ministry whose goal is to reach boys and girls for Christ and train them to know, love and serve Him. We invite you to join us in these two very family-friendly environments every week. For more information, click here or contact Pat Corley at (678) 430-6022 or pcorley@snellvilleumc.org.
